You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false professional details or impersonating others is grounds for removal from our database.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Quebec, TenderHawk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or participation in the Beta program.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the district of Montreal.
